Ingredient notes
- Boneless skinless chicken breast - I prefer thin-sliced chicken breasts because they cook quickly. For larger chicken breasts, cut each chicken breast through the middle horizontally to create two thinner pieces.
- Chili lime seasoning adds a bright and spicy flavor and can be found in the spice aisle of most supermarkets.
- Mango - For a shortcut, look for pre-cut mango spears sold in the produce department. Find tips for cutting mango in this pineapple mango salsa recipe. Store-bought mango salsa can also be used in a pinch.
- Lime juice - Freshly squeezed is also best and the acid brightens the flavors of the salsa.
