- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the chicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
