Veggie Tuna Salad
Move over boring lunches! This tuna salad is my new lunch obsession! It packs a flavor punch with pickled veggies and with so many serving options, lunch time never gets old.

Ingredients

ounces (1 can)
canned tuna

cup
pickled vegetables (Giardiniera)
drained, chopped

tablespoon
pickle relish

tablespoons
mayonnaise

deli-style mustard
or Dijon

black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine. Adjust the amount of mayo as preferred.
Serve with crackers, rice cakes, breadsticks, or on your favorite bread.
