  • 19 ounces bratwurst uncooked
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the brats for 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160℉.
  • Meanwhile, for the mustard sauce, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a small bowl. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Slice the brats and serve with the mustard sauce.
