In a small bowl, add the sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
Spread butter on one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Place tortilla, butter side down, on the griddle.
On one half of the tortilla, top with one chocolate bar and one graham cracker square broken into pieces. On the other half, top with half of the marshmallows and another graham cracker square broken into pieces.
When the tortilla is golden brown and the chocolate and marshmallows are soft and melty, fold the tortilla in half. Transfer it to a cutting board. Slice into wedges. Repeat with the other tortilla.
Serve with ice cream, powdered sugar, or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Save extra cinnamon sugar to use on your morning toast.
Try swapping in peanut butter cups for the chocolate bars. If desired, use hazelnut spread and marshmallow cream in place of chocolate bars and marshmallows.
