In a mixing bowl, combine the chili lime seasoning, onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the oil and stir until well blended.
Add the chicken to the seasoning mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the chicken to the prepared pan. Bake until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165℉. This will take 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken.
Meanwhile, combine the mango, red onion, chives, and lime juice in a small bowl. Toss together. Season to taste with salt.
Spoon the salsa over the chicken and serve.
