Baked tortilla wedges are a healthier snack option that pair well with salsa or any favorite dip.

tortillas
flour, corn, or whole wheat
olive oil
or olive oil spray
Kosher salt
paprika

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Cut each tortilla in half, and then cut each half into thirds to create wedges.
Arrange tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Brush or spritz with olive oil. Season with salt and paprika.
Bake for 10 minutes, rotating the baking sheet after 5 minutes. The tortillas should be lightly browned around the edges.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Change up the seasonings
- Try onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, or chili powder. For a sweet twist, sprinkle the tortillas with cinnamon sugar.
