Puree a can of chipotles in adobo sauce. Add a tablespoon (or to taste) of the puree to a cup of mayonnaise. Stir to combine. Keep refrigerated.
Refrigerate the remaining chipotles in adobo puree. The puree can be added to marinades, sauces or dressings to amp up the smoky and spicy flavor.
- 1 can chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Puree the chipotles in adobo until smooth.
- Add 1 Tablespoon of the puree (or to taste) to the mayonnaise.
- Stir to combine.
