You will love this
I love these baked tortilla chips. They are healthier than the fried version and are beyond easy to make... just slice, season, and bake. You can season these chips however you like - from simply salt to spicy chili powder. And all varieties of tortillas can be used - flour, corn, or whole wheat.
How to make
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice each tortilla into 6 wedges.
- Arrange on a sheet pan and spritz or brush with olive oil.
- Season with salt and paprika, if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly brown around the edges. Rotate the pan after 5 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Store in an airtight bag or container.
PRO TIP: Change up the seasonings - try onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, or chili powder. For a sweet twist, sprinkle the tortillas with cinnamon sugar.
